By certifying the company, we want to further increase productivity and efficiency, save time, reduce costs and employee turnover, and impose ourselves on an increasingly large and fast-paced market.
We recorded and identified the existing processes, prepared a workflow for all key procedures, defined those responsible for the activities and prepared the necessary documentation.
As part of the preparation, an internal auditor was trained, who received a diploma for this.
In the next steps, we await the preparation of all employees for the audit and the audit itself.
