A cloud solution for the electronic issuance of tax refund calculations that, after implementing the solution on the POS terminal, eliminates the need to manually fill out the form.
Simplifies the return of VAT for customers outside the common market of the European Union.
The minimum purchase amount for which a refund is possible depends on the individual market (e.g. in Croatia it is HRK 740.00 including VAT) and only if the customer leaves the area within the next three months.
Until now, only a predefined paper form was used, which the trader must fill out and certify with a seal and signature, and the buyer, when leaving the country (or the common market), must report the Tax Free form at customs.
